Multiple courses Multiple courses of treatment are associated with a similar adverse reaction profile to that observed following first exposure. The rate of all adverse reactions following first MabThera exposure was highest during the first 6 months and declined thereafter. This is mostly accounted for by IRRs (most frequent during the first treatment course), RA exacerbation and infections, all of which were more frequent in the first 6 months of treatment.
