Paediatric patients 2 years and older with Crohn’s disease The safety of ustekinumab has been studied in one phase 1 and one phase 3 study of paediatric patients with moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease. 34 patients in the phase 1 study were followed up to 240 weeks and 101 patients in the phase 3 study were followed up to 68 weeks, respectively. In general, the safety profile was similar to that seen in previous studies in adults with Crohn’s disease.
