In clinical studies in other indications, the safety profile of trametinib in combination with dabrafenib in paediatric patients was largely consistent with the safety profile previously established in adult patients. Weight increase (abnormal weight gain) has only been reported in the paediatric population. It was reported as an adverse reaction in 15% of adolescent patients including Grade 3 cases in 4% of patients.
