For patients receiving Lynparza in combination with durvalumab following treatment with durvalumab in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy, most adverse reactions occurred at the 14 same or lower frequency (all grades and CTCAE Grade ≥ 3 AEs) as those shown in the tabulated list of adverse reactions for Lynparza monotherapy above. Adverse reactions reported at a higher frequency in patients receiving Lynparza in combination with durvalumab were thrombocytopenia and rash (Very Common) and hypersensitivity (Common). The following additional adverse reaction was also identified:
