Erythromycin and Midazolam Exposure to erythromycin and midazolam was increased approximately 1.3 and 2.4 fold, respectively, when each was co-administered with netupitant. These effects were not considered clinically important. The pharmacokinetic profile of netupitant was unaffected by the concomitant administration of either midazolam or erythromycin. The potential effects of increased plasma concentrations of midazolam or other benzodiazepines metabolised via CYP3A4 (alprazolam, triazolam) should be considered when coadministering these active substances with netupitant/palonosetron capsules.
