Severe cutaneous reactions (see section 4.4) Cases of SJS, TEN and DRESS have occurred when idelalisib was administered concomitantly with other medicinal products associated with these syndromes (bendamustine, rituximab, allopurinol, amoxicillin, and sulfamethoxazole / trimethoprim). SJS or TEN occurred within one month of the medicinal combination and fatal outcomes have resulted.
