During clinical studies, hypoglycaemia and hyperglycaemia were uncommonly and commonly reported in diabetic patients receiving oral hypoglycaemics. Patients on oral antidiabetic agents receiving bortezomib treatment may require close monitoring of their blood glucose levels and adjustment of the dose of their antidiabetics.
