In the safety pool for CUPID studies (A, B, and C) no increase was observed in the overall incidence of infections with dupilumab compared to placebo. In the safety pool, serious infections were observed in 0.5% of patients treated with dupilumab and 0.5% of patients treated with placebo. No serious infections were observed in children treated with dupilumab in the PKM16982 study.
