Colorectal cancer Encorafenib and cetuximab combination In the population treated with encorafenib 300 mg in combination with cetuximab, pancreatitis grade 3 with lipase and amylase increased events were reported in 1 patient (0.5%) and led to dose interruption. Encorafenib with cetuximab and FOLFOX combination In the pooled EC+FOLFOX population, increased lipase events (mostly asymptomatic) were reported in 23.6% of patients. Pancreatitis Grade 3 was reported in 2 patients (0.8%) with lipase increased events reported for one patient. Dose interruption was reported for both patients and treatment discontinuation for one patient.
