Encorafenib with cetuximab and FOLFOX combination In the pooled EC+FOLFOX population, diarrhoea was observed in 41.3% (107/259) of patients and was Grade 3 in 1.9% (5/259) of patients. Diarrhoea led to treatment discontinuation in 1.2% (3/259) of patients and to dose interruption or dose modification in 8.9% (23/259) of patients. Abdominal pain was reported in 32.8% (85/259) of patients and was Grade 3 in 5.4% (14/259) of patients. Nausea occurred in 56.0% (145/259) of patients with Grade 3 observed in 2.7 % (7/259) of patients. Vomiting occurred in 36.7% (95/259) of patients with Grade 3 reported in 3.9% (10/259) of patients. Constipation occurred in 27.0% (70/259) of patients with Grade 3 observed in 0.4% (1/259) of patients. Gastrointestinal disorders were typically managed with standard therapy.
