 Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1.  Myocardial infarction within the past year, unstable angina pectoris, uncontrolled hypertension, serious cardiac arrhythmias and other serious heart problems.  Concomitant use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI) or within 14 days after MAOI treatment has been discontinued (see section 4.5).
