There have been post-marketing reports of serotonin syndrome, a potentially life-threatening
condition, when naltrexone/bupropion was co-administered with a serotonergic agent, such as
Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs), Serotonin Norepinephrine Re-uptake Inhibitors
(SNRIs) and opioids (e.g. tramadol, methadone) (see sections 4.4 and 4.8).
