Inducers of Medicines that induce CYP3A4 When co-administering CYP3A4 inducers CYP3A4 would be expected to increase the (i.e. aminoglutethimide, nafcillin, rate and extent of metabolism of non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase lomitapide. Consequently, this inhibitors, phenobarbital, rifampicin, would reduce the effect of carbamazepine, pioglitazone, St John’s lomitapide. Any impact on efficacy Wort, glucocorticoids, modafinil and is likely to be variable. phenytoin) with Lojuxta, the possibility of a drug-drug interaction affecting efficacy should be considered. It is recommended to increase the frequency of LDL-C assessment during such concomitant use and consider increasing the dose of lomitapide to ensure maintenance of the desired level of efficacy if the CYP3A4 inducer is intended for chronic use.

Co-administration of doravirine with other moderate CYP3A inducers has not been evaluated, but decreased doravirine concentrations are expected. If co-administration with other moderate CYP3A inducers (e.g., dabrafenib, lesinurad, bosentan, thioridazine, nafcillin, modafinil, telotristat ethyl) cannot be avoided, the doravirine dose should be increased to 100 mg twice daily (the doses should be taken approximately 12 hours apart) (see section 4.2).

Originalpassage; keine automatisch abgeleitete Schwere, Häufigkeit oder Kausalität. Auch verneinte Befunde und nicht untersuchte Kombinationen bleiben sichtbar.

CYP3A4 inducers No interaction studies have been conducted with leniolisib and strong and moderate CYP3A4 inducers. Concomitant use may result in reduced leniolisib exposure and thus reduced leniolisib efficacy. Therefore, concomitant use of leniolisib with strong and moderate CYP3A4 inducers (e.g., avasimibe, carbamazepine, mitotane, phenobarbital, phenytoin, rifabutin, rifampicin, St. John’s Wort, bosentan, efavirenz, etravirine, modafinil, nafcillin) should be avoided (see section 4.4).
